Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 1 box penne pasta 12 oz
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the penne pasta according to the package directions and drain.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the ranch seasoning, heavy cream, and shredded cheese, then bring to a simmer.
  • Add the sweet corn, cooked penne, and beef mixture to a baking dish and stir to combine.
  • Top with more cheese, then bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy your creamy, flavorful bake!
