Vibrant Mango Dragon Fusion Frappuccino

Ingredients
  

  • For the Frappuccino Base:
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy like coconut, oat, or almond
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup mango nectar or juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional
  • For the Dragon Fruit Swirl:
  • 1/4 cup dragon fruit purée use fresh or frozen red/pink pitaya
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 –2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener to taste
  • Toppings Optional but amazing:
  • Whipped cream
  • Diced dragon fruit or mango pieces
  • A drizzle of mango or dragon fruit syrup

Instructions
 

  • Make the Dragon Fruit Swirl:
  • Blend the dragon fruit purée, coconut milk, lemon/lime juice, and sugar until smooth. Set aside in a small bowl or squeeze bottle.
  • Blend the Mango Base:
  • In a blender, combine ice, milk, frozen mango, mango nectar, vanilla ice cream (or yogurt), and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble:
  • Drizzle the dragon fruit swirl inside the cup to create a marbled effect.
  • Pour the mango frappuccino into the cup carefully so you don't disturb the swirl too much.
  • Optional: Use a straw or spoon to gently swirl more dragon fruit puree through the drink.
  • Top It Off:
  • Add whipped cream, then spoon over extra dragon fruit or mango pieces.
  • Drizzle with more puree or syrup if desired.
  • Serve Immediately:
  • Enjoy with a thick straw and lots of tropical vibes.
