  • Strawberry Layer Bottom - Red/Pink
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice almond, oat, or dairy
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar optional
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Mango Layer Middle - Orange/Yellow
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt or ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Blueberry Layer Top - Purple/Blue
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt or ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh fruit strawberry slices, mango chunks, blueberries
  • Fruit drizzle or syrup

Instructions

  • Make the Strawberry Layer:
  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, milk, yogurt (or ice cream), sweetener, and ice.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour this into the bottom of your glass and place it in the freezer for a few minutes to help it firm up slightly.
  • Make the Mango Layer:
  • Rinse your blender, then add mango, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Carefully pour this layer over the strawberry layer using a spoon or pouring slowly down the side of the glass to keep the layers distinct.
  • Make the Blueberry Layer:
  • Rinse the blender again, then add blueberries, milk, yogurt, sweetener, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Gently layer this on top of the mango blend. Use a spoon again to pour slowly for a nice, clean separation.
  • Add Toppings (Optional):
  • Top with whipped cream and a few pieces of fresh fruit or a drizzle of syrup for extra sweetness and style.
