Sugar-free mango dragon fruit frappuccino with layered colors

Ingredients
  

  • Mango Layer:
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener like monk fruit, stevia, or erythritol
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Dragon Fruit Layer:
  • 1/2 cup frozen pink dragon fruit pitaya
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Creamy Vanilla Swirl optional:
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened Greek yogurt or sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Sugar-free sweetener to taste
  • Toppings:
  • Sugar-free whipped cream optional
  • Freeze-dried fruit or edible flowers optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Mango Layer:
  • In a blender, combine frozen mango, almond milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and ice.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Pour into the bottom of a tall glass.
  • Blend the Dragon Fruit Layer:
  • Rinse your blender, then blend frozen dragon fruit, coconut milk, sweetener, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and vibrant pink.
  • Carefully pour on top of the mango layer.
  • Add the Creamy Swirl (Optional):
  • Mix Greek yogurt or sugar-free pudding with vanilla extract and sweetener.
  • Drizzle it between or on top of the two layers for a creamy fusion.
  • Finish & Serve:
  • Top with sugar-free whipped cream if desired.
  • Garnish with freeze-dried fruit, shredded coconut, or edible flowers.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and spoon — enjoy!
