Sugar-Free Dragon Frappuccino Recipe

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Spoon
  • Piping bag (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • For the base:
  • 1 cup 240ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup 120ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop 10g vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup 60ml cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup 60ml ice cubes
  • For the dragon fruit layer:
  • 1/2 cup 120ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup 60ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop 10g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon dragon fruit powder
  • 1/4 cup 60ml ice cubes
  • For the whipped cream topping:
  • 1 cup 240ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol or other sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the dragon fruit topping:
  • 1/4 cup 60ml dragon fruit powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol or other sugar-free sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Make the base:
  • Combine the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, unsweetened coconut milk, vanilla protein powder, cold brew coffee, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Make the dragon fruit layer:
  • Add the unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein powder, dragon fruit powder, and ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Make the whipped cream topping:
  • In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Make the dragon fruit topping:
  • In a small bowl, combine the dragon fruit powder and powdered erythritol.
  • Assemble the drink:
  • Pour the base into the tall glass.
  • Carefully layer the dragon fruit mixture on top of the base.
  • Top with a generous amount of whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle the dragon fruit powder mixture on top of the whipped cream.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the drink to your liking by adding more or less powdered erythritol.
  • If you don't have dragon fruit powder, you can use a few drops of red food coloring to the coconut milk mixture to achieve a similar color.
  • For a more authentic Starbucks experience, you can use a piping bag to create swirls of whipped cream on top of the drink.
