Starbucks' Dragon Frappuccino

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base:
  • Start by heating the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.
  • Remove the milk from the heat and add the white chocolate chips. Stir until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Divide the mixture into three equal parts.
  • In the first part, whisk in the matcha powder until well combined.
  • In the second part, blend the blueberries until smooth and add to the mixture.
  • In the third part, add the dragon fruit powder and blend until smooth.
  • Assemble the Frappuccino:
  • Carefully layer the three different colored mixtures in a tall cup or glass. The matcha layer should be on the bottom, followed by the blueberry layer, and finally the dragon fruit layer.
  • Make the Whipped Cream:
  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Spoon the whipped cream on top of the layered drink.
  • Garnish and Serve:
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of dragon fruit powder on top of the whipped cream for a colorful touch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant and refreshing taste of your Starbucks' Dragon Frappuccino!

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more powdered sugar to the whipped cream or a touch of syrup to the base layers.
  • For a vegan version, use non-dairy milk and vegan white chocolate chips.
  • Get creative with the colors! You can add other fruits or powders to create different hues.
