Reese’s Crunchy Pretzel Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Reese’s Pieces optional, for extra crunch

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, creamy peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until fully combined and the mixture holds together.
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish, creating a firm layer.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-pretzel layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • For extra crunch and flavor, sprinkle Reese’s Pieces on top while the chocolate is still warm, gently pressing them in so they stick.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are firm. Once set, lift the bars from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
