- For the Toppings ????
- Whipped cream ????

Instructions
- Blend the Frappuccino ????
- In a blender, combine milk, ice, frozen strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and cotton candy syrup (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble & Serve! ????
- Pour the frappuccino into a tall glass.
