One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add butter to the pot, melt it, and stir in minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
  • Pour in the beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  • Add penne pasta, stir, and cook until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Lower the heat, then stir in heavy cream and softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Optional: garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
