Add pasta, corn, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir in heavy cream, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese until melted.
Mix in crispy bacon bits if using.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
