One-Pot Buttery Ranch Beef & Sweet Corn Bowties

Ingredients
  

  • - 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - 1 tbsp butter
  • - 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1 cup frozen or canned corn
  • - 2 cups beef broth
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • - ½ cup crispy bacon bits optional
  • - 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Add pasta, corn, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in heavy cream, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Mix in crispy bacon bits if using.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
