Northern Lights Frappuccino with colorful layers and whipped cream topping

Ingredients
  

  • Base Layer Purple:
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 banana for creaminess
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Middle Layer Green:
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp matcha powder or a drop of green food coloring
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk optional for richness
  • Top Layer Blue:
  • 1/2 cup vanilla milk or regular milk with a splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 –3 drops blue food coloring
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese or frozen whipped topping
  • Ice to thicken
  • Toppings:
  • Whipped cream
  • Edible glitter or star sprinkles
  • Color swirl drizzle optional: use frosting or colored syrup
  • Optional: glow effect using tonic water and a blacklight for photos

Instructions
 

  • Make the Purple Layer (Bottom):
  • Blend frozen blueberries, milk, banana, honey, and ice until smooth.
  • Pour into the bottom of a tall clear cup.
  • Make the Green Layer (Middle):
  • In a small bowl, mix vanilla yogurt with matcha powder or green coloring.
  • Carefully spoon it over the purple layer to create separation.
  • Make the Blue Layer (Top):
  • Blend vanilla milk, blue coloring, and whipped topping or cream cheese with a few ice cubes.
  • Gently pour over the green layer for a third distinct color.
  • Toppings & Finish:
  • Top with whipped cream, then sprinkle with edible glitter or star-shaped sprinkles.
  • Add a swirl of pastel-colored syrup or frosting if desired.
  • Serve with a straw and a little blacklight glow for fun photos if using tonic water.
