Mango Strawberry Sunrise Frappuccino

Ingredients
  

  • For the Mango Layer:
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt or ice cream
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 – 1 cup ice
  • For the Strawberry Layer:
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam or puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice to brighten the flavor
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey optional
  • Toppings:
  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberry or mango drizzle
  • Dried fruit chips or sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Strawberry Layer:
  • In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, jam, milk, lemon juice, and sweetener.
  • Blend until smooth and pour into the bottom of your glass. Place the glass in the freezer for 5 minutes while you make the next layer to help keep the colors separate.
  • Blend the Mango Layer:
  • Rinse the blender and add frozen mango, milk, yogurt/ice cream, vanilla, and honey.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Layer the Drink:
  • Carefully pour or spoon the mango mixture over the strawberry layer. Don’t stir — you want that beautiful sunrise effect.
  • Top It Off:
  • Add a generous swirl of whipped cream.
  • Drizzle with extra strawberry or mango sauce.
  • Garnish with dried mango pieces or a strawberry slice for a finishing touch.
