Blend the Strawberry Layer:
In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, jam, milk, lemon juice, and sweetener.
Blend until smooth and pour into the bottom of your glass. Place the glass in the freezer for 5 minutes while you make the next layer to help keep the colors separate.
Blend the Mango Layer:
Rinse the blender and add frozen mango, milk, yogurt/ice cream, vanilla, and honey.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Layer the Drink:
Carefully pour or spoon the mango mixture over the strawberry layer. Don’t stir — you want that beautiful sunrise effect.
Top It Off:
Add a generous swirl of whipped cream.
Drizzle with extra strawberry or mango sauce.
Garnish with dried mango pieces or a strawberry slice for a finishing touch.
