Mango blackberry frappuccino with whipped cream and swirl

Ingredients

  • Mango Frappuccino Base:
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind – dairy, oat, almond, etc.
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Blackberry Swirl:
  • 1/2 cup blackberries fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Whipped Cloud Topping:
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Make the Blackberry Swirl:
  • In a small saucepan, add blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries break down and form a sauce.
  • Optional: Strain the sauce through a mesh sieve to remove seeds for a smoother swirl.
  • Let it cool while you make the rest.
  • Blend the Mango Base:
  • In a blender, combine frozen mango, milk, yogurt or ice cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Whip the Cloud Topping:
  • In a cold mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. You can use a hand mixer, stand mixer, or whisk by hand.
  • Assemble the Frappuccino:
  • Drizzle blackberry swirl along the inside of each glass.
  • Pour in the mango frappuccino blend.
  • Add more blackberry swirl on top if desired.
  • Spoon the whipped cloud topping over the frappuccino.
  • Serve:
  • Optionally top with a few extra blackberries or a final drizzle of the blackberry swirl.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
