Make the Blackberry Swirl:
In a small saucepan, add blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
Cook over medium heat for about 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries break down and form a sauce.
Optional: Strain the sauce through a mesh sieve to remove seeds for a smoother swirl.
Let it cool while you make the rest.
Blend the Mango Base:
In a blender, combine frozen mango, milk, yogurt or ice cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Whip the Cloud Topping:
In a cold mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. You can use a hand mixer, stand mixer, or whisk by hand.
Assemble the Frappuccino:
Drizzle blackberry swirl along the inside of each glass.
Pour in the mango frappuccino blend.
Add more blackberry swirl on top if desired.
Spoon the whipped cloud topping over the frappuccino.
Serve:
Optionally top with a few extra blackberries or a final drizzle of the blackberry swirl.
Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
