Layered Taco Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies (like Ro*Tel), drained
  • 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken optional
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced (optional, for heat)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, taco seasoning, refried beans, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes and green chilies.
  • Sprinkle with the shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Top with the chopped tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and cilantro.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
