In a large pot, combine cranberries, strawberries, apple, orange juice, and orange zest.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the fruit is soft.
Add sugar and spices. Stir well.
Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency.
Carefully ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
Seal and let cool. Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate.
