Glow-in-the-Dark Candy Popcorn Frappuccino with Neon Toppings

Ingredients
  

  • For the Frappuccino Base:
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk optional for creaminess
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup tonic water contains quinine—this makes it glow under blacklight!
  • 2 –3 tablespoons cotton candy syrup or blue raspberry syrup for candy flavor & color
  • For the Candy Popcorn Topping:
  • 1 cup popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup white candy melts or white chocolate chips
  • Neon food coloring green, pink, or blue—optional
  • Edible glitter or luster dust optional but fun!
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • Whipped cream
  • Glow-in-the-dark sprinkles or candy use UV-reactive decorations
  • Glow stick stirrers for decoration only

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Make the Candy Popcorn
  • Melt the white candy melts or chocolate in the microwave (15-30 seconds at a time, stirring in between).
  • Add neon food coloring and stir well.
  • Pour over the popcorn and mix gently to coat.
  • Let it cool on wax or parchment paper until hardened. Add edible glitter if using.
  • Step 2: Make the Frappuccino
  • In a blender, combine ice, milk, vanilla ice cream or yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, tonic water, vanilla extract, and flavored syrup.
  • Blend on high until smooth and icy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or color as needed.
  • Step 3: Assemble
  • Pour the frappuccino into a tall glass.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Pile candy popcorn on top or garnish the rim.
  • Add a decorative straw or glow stick (non-edible!) for flair.
