Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. steak
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Steak: Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the Cream: Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Combine Steak and Sauce: Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss in the sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring they’re fully coated.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dish.
