Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Steak: Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Cook the Steak: Sear the steak in a hot skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Make Garlic Butter: Melt butter in the same skillet, then stir in minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Toss the Steak: Add the steak back into the skillet and coat it in the garlic butter sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Make the Sauce: In a separate pan, melt butter, add cream, garlic, and Parmesan, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Combine the Pasta and Sauce: Stir the drained pasta into the sauce and toss to coat.
  • Serve: Plate the creamy Parmesan shells, then top with garlic butter steak bites and garnish with fresh parsley.
