In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until it slightly thickens.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and add it to the creamy Parmesan sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and gently mix it with the creamy pasta.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
