FIREBALL WHISKEY CHEESECAKE SHOTS

Ingredients
  

  • For the Crust:
  • 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/6 cup brown sugar
  • 1/6 cup melted butter
  • For the Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/6 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup Fireball whiskey
  • For the Topping:
  • Cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup Fireball whiskey

Instructions
 

  • STEP 1: PREPARE THE CRUST
  • In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Firmly press the crust mixture into the bottom of each shot glass.
  • STEP 2: MAKE THE FILLING
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the lemon juice, heavy cream, white sugar, and Fireball whiskey. Beat until the mixture is creamy and fully combined.
  • STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE SHOTS
  • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in each shot glass, leaving space for the topping.
  • STEP 4: PREPARE THE TOPPING
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cherry pie filling with the Fireball whiskey.
  • Spoon the cherry mixture over the cheesecake layer in each glass.
  • STEP 5: CHILL AND SERVE
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake shots for at least an hour before serving.
