Creamy Mango Coconut Frappuccino with Toasted Coconut

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup canned coconut milk shake well before using
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings optional:
  • Whipped cream or coconut whipped topping
  • Toasted coconut flakes or diced mango

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a blender:
  • Put mango, coconut milk, ice, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth:
  • Start on low speed, then blend on high until creamy and thick.
  • Taste and adjust:
  • Add more sweetener or a splash of coconut milk if needed. Blend again.
  • Pour into a cup:
  • Use a tall glass or clear plastic cup for that coffee-shop feel.
  • Top and serve:
  • Add whipped cream, toasted coconut, or fresh mango if you like. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
