Equipment

  • Large Skillet

Ingredients

For the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Step 2: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • Step 3: In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat them in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 5: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!

Notes

If you happen to have leftovers (which is rare!), you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stove to avoid overcooking the shrimp again.
