Creamy Garlic Parmesan Ranch Beef & Corn Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • - 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - 1 tbsp butter
  • - 2 tsp minced garlic
  • - 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • - 1 cup sweet corn

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for *1 minute*. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in ranch seasoning, heavy cream, and corn. Simmer for *5 minutes*.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
  • Serve hot with fresh parsley or additional cheese on top!
