Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for *1 minute*. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in ranch seasoning, heavy cream, and corn. Simmer for *5 minutes*.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
