Cranberry Orange Greek Yogurt Granola Bars

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • - ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • - ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • - 1 cup dried cranberries
  • - ½ cup almonds or walnuts chopped
  • - Zest of 1 orange
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - ½ tsp cinnamon
  • - A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), orange zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, dried cranberries, nuts, and cinnamon.
  • Bring It Together: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is nicely combined.
  • Press and Bake: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Press it down firmly. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool and Cut: Let the bars cool completely in the dish. Once cool, lift out the parchment paper and cut into squares or rectangles. Enjoy
