Cheddar Ranch Beef & Corn Bowtie Pasta Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup frozen or canned corn
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  • Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  • Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant, then add corn.
  • Mix in ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and cheddar until melted.
  • Combine the pasta with the beef mixture and stir well.
  • Transfer everything to the baking dish and top with more cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
