Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine milk, ice cream, pudding mix, sugar cookie syrup, strawberry syrup, and ice.
Add crumbled sugar cookie and/or strawberries if using.
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Prepare the Cup:
Drizzle strawberry syrup along the inside of a tall clear cup.
Pour in the blended frappuccino.
Add the Magic on Top:
Generously swirl with whipped cream.
Drizzle more strawberry syrup over the top.
Finish with sprinkles and a few sugar cookie crumbs.
