  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Ingredients for Creamy Mac & Cheese

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup gouda cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp mustard powder

Instructions
 

For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter with minced garlic.
  • Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping to sear on all sides.
  • Stir in fresh parsley and any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
  • Let the steak bites rest before serving.

For the Creamy Mac & Cheese

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux.
  • Gradually add milk, whisking until the sauce thickens.
  • Stir in cheese until melted and smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine pasta with cheese sauce and mix well before serving.
